My passion for photography is what led me to where I am today. I have been a shutterbug for as long as I can remember. Taking pictures when it was unexpected truly captured the moment. And photographs have always fascinated me because it is the story of our lives.

I had the opportunity to raise five children on my own; those are times I still cherish. I look back at my old photos now: capturing the moment of my little son playing cowboy in a field of weeds as tall as he was - watching my little girls play with their dolls - even managed to capture the expression of my embarrassed four-year old caught in the act as she tried to wipe up the pitcher of grape juice she spilled! My children are my life, and in a way, I felt I could freeze those moments by capturing those precious images.

"The love and devotion I gave my children, I thought I could give no other, but life held a lovely surprise for me – I became a Grandmother!" I grew even more creative - black and white images of those first moments -- little hands, perfect lips, those cute wrinkly feet... Then there were six little angels...my story continues on. I am truly blessed.
